Civil War Re-enactment Battle August 9 -11, 2002

Come and relive the history of the Civil War from 1861 to 1863 in Warrenton, MO. Thrill yourself to the sights and sounds of the firing cannons and muskets. This battle will be proudly presented by Guerilla Raiders and all branches of military, Confederate and Union. A firing of the cannons on Friday evening will announce the beginning of the event. Two battles will take place Saturday and one battle Sunday. Hay, straw, water, & wood will be the amenities provided, along with modern day bathrooms with showers. All sutlers are welcome, with no sutler fees. All proceeds will go to the Historical Thrasher Association. Registration is required by all re-enactors and sutlers to insure adequate amenities. Registration deadline is July 1, 2002.
